Cold beans, hey! And collard greens, hey! Collards are the staple greens of the American south. They are full of great vitamins and minerals and also very delicious! SoLo's collards are boiled then sauteed with turkey or alone for the vegan option. Serves two people. Reheat in the microwave. We recommend serving with SoLo's rice&beans or SoLo's fried cauliflower.
